High Fibre Carrot Pineapple Bran Muffins
A tradition low fat high fiber bran muffin recipe, that I have been baking for 30 years. The bran muffins are moist and full of flavour a tried and true favorite.

  1. In a large bowl, add flour, All-Bran, sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, salt, carrots.  Stir and mix together very well, to distribute the baking powder and baking soda throughout.
  2. Make a well in the center.  Add the remaining ingredients. Stir until just combined.
  3. Spoon into paper lined muffin tins. Bake about 20 minutes.
