Password Tracking Sheet Printables
Free Printable Password Organizer
Do you need to keep track of dozens of passwords? Or have a favourite password that doesn’t “fit” a certain webpage’s security requirements, resulting in yet another new password? Or write the latest password down on a scrap piece of paper and forget where it is? It’s a pretty safe bet that you could add several more frustrating experiences with passwords, I most certainly can. I think we all share that pain and these free printable password tracking sheets should help.

The latest update of Windows is causing issues on my poor older laptop resulting in reloading so goodbye passwords. Thankfully I write my passwords down on the back of my day timer.
Writing them all down on my calendar worked pretty well for me with a couple of exceptions. When traveling I didn’t want to risk the passwords so I was without my day timer. Secondly, it’s the new year so time for a pretty new day timer.
Instead of creating a new list in the notes section of my day timer, this year I created a simple password tracking sheet. As my version is very pink, I made two other free printable password sheets one in soft blue and another in green.
All the sheets are in landscape orientation to leave enough room for long usernames and passwords. The free printable password tracking sheets all have headers for Webpage, Username, Login Email, Username, and I left a little notation on the bottom about if lost return to.
The Green Cactus Password Tracking Sheet
This sheet has soft green colours and a little cactus plant in the corner. It’s a little less feminine than the other two varieties.

Knitting Password Tracking Sheet
This sheet is the one I will use. It has a soft pink polka dotted background and a little basket of knitting wool in the corner. My love of blush did not diminish over the fall and winter, not one little bit. This is the most feminine style of the three.

Lock and Key Password Tracking Sheet
This tracking sheet is the most vibrant of the three. It has a vibrant aqua coloured background set off with little pink keys and locks. It can be used as a little printable gift in a Valentine’s card.

Cute idea! I have a file I keep for those systems I don’t log into regularly but this is a good backup as well. I tend to reuse the same ones, which I know is a no-no. Visiting from Dishin’ It Diggin’ It party.

Don’t we all have the problem of too many passwords to remember…Uugh. I’ve been using my phone’s feature because I always find myself pressed for time when opening an account for something and previously I’d lose passwords I’d written down on loose pieces of paper… So the phone always seemed like a good temporary solution. Just the other day was thinking about what a colossal act of stupidity that is on my part, for so many reasons.. I need to transition to a safer method like your nifty sheet. Hope you are having a good week!
Hi Milena. I am always looking for my phone and I am horrible at keeping track of it. It was easier for me to have them in my daytimer and I think these sheets are a pretty upgrade. Enjoy your weekend.
These are very pretty. I have a little notebook that I use but if I didn’t I would be checking these out. I know they say not to write down your passwords but I don’t know how you can possibly remember them all so you may as well write them down on a stylish paper.
Thank you Debra. Many moons ago I could remember them, but not anymore. There are just too many.
