Easy no bake coconut ball recipe featuring lots of coconut and a crunchy almond center.

Ingredients
3 ½ cupsunsweetened coconut flakes
1cansweetened condensed milk
2 tbspicing sugar
4tbspinstant milk
24wholenatural roasted almonds
24paper candy liners
Instructions
Place the condensed milk in a medium sized bowl, add icing sugar and instant milk. Stir to combine. Add the coconut (don't substitute for sweetened) and mix well.
Using a small cookie scoop, scoop the coconut mixture onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Place an almond on top.
With greased hands pinch the coconut mixture over the almond. Roll to form a ball.
Place a half cup coconut in a small bowl, roll each ball into the coconut and place in a paper liner.
Store in fridge for a week or freeze in an air tight container layered with parchment paper for up to 3 months.
