Instructions
Line a large bread pan with tin foil and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl add 2 cups heavy whipping cream, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Mix on medium high speed until stiff about 5 minutes.
In a second large bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
Fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until blended and there are no streaks.
Pour 1/3 of the mixture into a foil lined bread pan.
Then add a layer of sliced bananas.
Repeat the layers starting with the ice cream mixture, then the bananas and cookies.
Cover in plastic wrap and place in the freezer until solid and scoopable about 8 hours.
