How to Make Halloween Popcorn
Prep the Trays
Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Pop the popcorn, divide into two large bowls.
Place the Oreos in a sealed bag and roll with a mallet, rolling pin, or pulse in a food processor until you have fine crumbs.
Microwave the white chocolate for 30 seconds, then stir. Continue in 20-second intervals until melted and fully smooth.
Oreo Halloween Popcorn
Take one bowl of popcorn, drizzle with half the melted chocolate, and add half the marshmallows. Stir to coat.
Microwave the marshmallows for about 30 seconds until puffed but not fully melted. If needed, heat for another 30 seconds. Making sure not to over-melt the marshmallows.
Remove from the microwave, sprinkle with the Oreo crumbs, and stir to combine. You can see that the marshmallows are soft and puffy but not melted.
Then spread the mixture onto a cookie sheet.
Press into a slab using a rubber spatula.
Place in the fridge while you make the eyeball popcorn.
Eyeball Halloween Popcorn
Repeat the process with the second bowl of popcorn. Drizzle with the remaining melted white chocolate and remaining mini marshmallows.
Microwave for about 60 seconds until the marshmallows puff, but aren't fully melted.
Stir in the M&M's, the peanuts, and the candy eyeballs. Then press onto a cookie sheet.
Press into a slab using a rubber spatula. Place in the fridge to harden.
Once both popcorns are hard, break them into small one-inch chunks, combine them, and serve. You can either serve it in a single large serving or divide it into small individual servings
