½cupwhole milk
½cupchai tea concentrate
1tablespoonpumpkin puree
1teaspoonpumpkin pie spice
2teaspoonshoney or maple syrupor sweetener to taste

Instructions
Add the milk, chai tea concentrate, pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and sweetener to a small saucepan. Whisk until smooth and well combined.
Heat over low to medium heat for about 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until hot and steamy. Do not allow the mixture to boil.
Pour into your favorite mug. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice, if desired.
Notes
This recipe makes one small serving. Double the ingredients for a larger mug or to serve two.
If you don't have chai tea concentrate, steep one chai tea bag in 1/2 cup of boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bag, then whisk in the remaining ingredients and heat until hot and steamy.
Adjust the sweetness to suit your taste using honey, maple syrup, brown sugar, or your preferred sweetener.
For a richer latte, use whole milk. Oat milk is a delicious dairy-free alternative.
