No-Bake Strawberry Cream Cheese and Yogurt Dessert
A light and refreshing no-bake strawberry dessert made with cream cheese, yogurt, and fresh berries. This make-ahead dessert is perfect for spring and summer and can be stored in the freezer until ready to serve.

Ingredients
2cupsgranola
2tbspmelted butter
1cancondensed milk
1large containergreek yogurt500 ml
8ozpackage dream cheese
3cupssliced strawberries
2ozcupcake vodka(optional)
Instructions
Granola Layer
Mix 2 cups of granola with 2 tablespoons of melted butter, stirring until evenly coated.
Cream Cheese Layer
Beat the cream cheese until fluffy. Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat again until smooth, then gently fold in the yogurt until fully combined.
Strawberry Layer
Wash, hull, and slice the fresh strawberries. If using, stir in up to 2 ounces of cupcake vodka. This step is optional.
Assembly
Place 1/4 cup of granola in the bottom of each glass, top with 1/3 cup of cream cheese mixture, then 1/2 cup of strawberries.
Divide up the remaining cream cheese mixtures (about 1/3 cup) and the remaining granola. (about 2 tbsp).
Freeze and Serve
Freeze the dessert cups for several hours until firm. Remove from the freezer about 30 minutes before serving so they can soften slightly.
Notes
These can be made into popsicles if you prefer. I suggest making them smaller, using smaller plastic glasses and to serve dip in hot water to release.
