Ingredients

16 oz Nutter Butter cookies

8 oz package cream cheese, softened
¼

smooth peanut butter
½
cup
icing
confectioners’ sugar
¼
tsp
sea salt

Belgian chocolate wafers
Optional toppings: chopped peanuts
sprinkles, sea salt
Instructions
Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Crush Nutter Butter cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
Add cream cheese, icing sugar, and peanut butter; blend until smooth and thick.
Scoop and roll filling into balls. Place on the prepared sheet.
Melt chocolate in 30-second microwave intervals until smooth. Let cool 1–2 minutes.
Dip each ball in chocolate, letting excess drip off. Add toppings while chocolate is still soft.
Chill 20–30 minutes until set.
Notes
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge up to 2 weeks, or freeze up to 3 months.
