Ingredients
½ cupbutternot margarine
½ cup white sugar
½ cupbrown sugar
½cup peanut butter
1egg
1 tspvanilla
1cupflour
½tspbaking powder
½tspbaking soda
½tspsalt
1cupoatmeal
¾cupraisins
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line cookies sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl mix together the butter, white sugar, brown sugar, peanut butter together. Beat until well mixed.
Add the egg and beat until incorporated. Add the vanilla.
In another bowl, mix together the flour, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix to disperse the baking soda and baking powder.
Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Beat until blended.
Stir in the raisins.
Scoop onto the cookie sheet, press down with a fork. Bake about 15 minutes, until the edges are golden.
