Restaurant Style Chicken Fried Rice With Vegetables Recipe
A easy to make Chinese take out recipe. Make the rice the day before and then you can stir fry your chicken fried rice in minutes.

Ingredients

peanut oil
don't substitute

tsp
sesame oil
6
cups
cold rice
not instant

cup
cooked chicken
cut up
6
mushrooms
sliced
½
cup
frozen peas
2
green onions
diced
4
tbsp
dark soya sauce
2 tsp
rice wine
1
tbsp
sesame seeds
Instructions
Heat the oils in a wok or very large frying pan. Add the vegetables and cook for two or three minutes.
Add the soya sauce and rice wine.
Add the rice, breaking the rice into individual grains with a spatula.
Stir the rice around until hot and covered in the sauce. Place in a bowl.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional)
Notes
I like to make my rice the day ahead and chill in the fridge. Cold rice works better for this recipe.
