No-Bake Strawberry Cream Cheese and Yogurt Dessert
This no-bake strawberry cream cheese and yogurt dessert is light, fresh, and perfect for warmer weather. Made with fresh strawberries, a creamy yogurt and cream cheese layer, and a crunchy base, it’s an easy make-ahead dessert that feels special without being heavy.

These individual dessert cups are ideal for spring and summer gatherings, brunches, or anytime you want something pretty waiting in the freezer. Just pull them out a few minutes before serving and they’re ready to enjoy.
This dessert is best made a few hours ahead so it has time to freeze and set properly. It also keeps well in the freezer when wrapped, making it a great option to have on hand for last-minute guests or weeknight treats.
Note: For an adult version, you can add a small splash of cupcake vodka to the strawberries. This step is completely optional and can be skipped without affecting the flavor. Fresh berries are delicious on their own.
Strawberry Cream Cheese Dessert Ingredients
- 2 cups granola (almond)
- 2 tbsp butter melted
- 1 can condensed milk
- 1 large container greek yogurt
- 8 oz package cream cheese
- 3 cups of sliced strawberries
- 2 oz cupcake vodka (optional)
This recipe makes 6 large layered servings in parfait glasses. They can also be made in smaller plastic cups and frozen as popsicles.
Instructions
Step 1 – Prepare the Cookie Crust
Mix 2 cups of granola (I used almond, but pick any granola you like) with 2 tbsp melted butter. Stir until the granola is evenly coated.
Step 2 – Make the Strawberry Cream Cheese and Yogurt Filling
In a large mixing bowl using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, beat the cream cheese on high speed until fluffy, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed.
Add the sweetened condensed milk and beat on high for about two minutes, scraping down the sides at least once. Remove the bowl from the mixer.
Using a spatula, gently fold in the yogurt until fully incorporated.
Step 3 – Prepare the Strawberry Layer
Wash, hull, and slice the fresh strawberries. I used a large package, which yielded about three cups. You can add more if you like, but I wouldn’t use less.
If using, add up to 2 ounces of cupcake vodka and stir gently. This step is optional.
Step 4 – Assemble the Dessert Cups
It’s easiest to freeze these strawberry parfaits if the glasses are supported. This large muffin tin worked perfectly. I think a cake pan would work as well, but to be honest, I didn’t try it.
k

Place 1/4 cup of granola in the bottom of each glass, top with 1/3 cup of cream cheese mixture, then 1/2 cup of strawberries.
Divide the remaining cream cheese mixture (about â…“ cup per glass) and finish with the remaining granola. Garnish as desired.
I placed a wooden stick as an eating spoon. I set the glasses inside a large muffin container, wrapped it well with plastic wrap, and then secured it with a plastic bag before freezing.
Step 5– Freeze and Serve
Freeze the dessert cups for several hours until firm. To serve, remove them from the freezer about 30 minutes ahead of time so they have a chance to soften slightly.
These parfaits are especially pretty served in small glasses. I used plastic wine tumblers from the dollar store, which worked perfectly for presentation.
Enjoy your weekend, and I hope you have time to be outdoors.
