The printables are designed to be printed onto 8.5×11 inch regular printer paper or white cardstock.

For best results, I recommend printing it out on white cardstock if possible. If not it will work using regular printer paper as well. It just won’t be as sturdy for outdoor use.

Then you can add them to a posterboard to enlarge or place the cute sign in an inexpensive frame.

If you’re friendly with a neighbor maybe you want to ask them to hand out some candy for you. Instead of placing a bowl outside with the sign place the sign out instead. Depending on which neighbor is willing to share the candy, there is a sign for either direction.

You may consider attaching the bowl to whatever stand you use with contact strips on the underside. Whichever sign you choose, they all remind the kids to just take one or two pieces of candy. I took out last year’s Halloween witch and quickly set her up for the candy at the neighbors. The witch and decor let people know you are participating, and I placed it so that the trick-and-treaters see the sign before climbing the stairs.
