Don’t have a Cricut? No worries! I’ve also included a free printable pattern to cut them by hand. Either way, the flower rolling process is the same, but you will need a small pair of good-quality scissors. You can easily cut out three or four flowers by hand for a craft project.
Rolled fabric flowers come together super quickly since they’re made from just one piece of fabric, no need to fuss with layering individual petals.
You can easily change the size of your flowers by adjusting the SVG in Cricut Design Space or enlarging it when you print it out on your printer. Super simple!

What Type of Fabric Should I Use for Rolled Flowers?
You can use any fabric you like for rolled flowers. I went with thin polyester in soft pastels for a light and delicate look, but I made sure to add iron-on interfacing to give them more structure. Fabric flowers are also a great scrap-busting project since they use only a tiny amount of fabric. Plus, you can mix and match different prints and colors to fit whatever craft you’re working on!

Prepare the Fabric for Cutting
Whether using a cutting machine or cutting by hand, the fabric must first be stiffened with iron-on interfacing. The interfacing can be light and inexpensive, I used Dollar Tree iron on interfacing for mine. You can also find lots of nice spring fabrics in a small roll at Dollar Tree, it’s perfect for making rolled fabric flowers.
Protect your ironing board with parchment lay interfacing rough side up, cover with fabric, then a second piece of parchment. Press for 15 seconds in each area.
