Easy and quick Halloween treat made using my everyday Rice Krispie squares recipe. Cut into ghosts and then decorated for Halloween. The little sticks make them great for Halloween school parties, and if you like they can be placed into cellophane Halloween bags for super easy serving.

Ingredients
¼cupbutter
1packagemarshmallows40 large
1tspvanilla
6cupcsrice krispies
1tubeblack icing
1cupswhite

1large mummy (ghost) cookie cutter
7wood sticks
Instructions
Butter a large pan or cookie sheet. Cover with parchment paper and butter again, set aside.
In large microwaveable bowl, microwave butter until melted 30-60 seconds or until melted.
Add marshmallows, toss to coat.
Microwave on high in until the marshmallows expand and are large and puffy (60 -90 seconds) .
Stir until the marshmallows melt down. Add the vanilla.
Add the Rice Krispies and stir until coated.
Pour out into the pan and press down to 1/2 inch thick
Let cool until solid.
Cut into mummy shapes with cookie cutter.
Insert a stick into the bottom of each one.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave on defrost until the chocolate is soft (about two minutes). Pipe or drizzle onto each mummy.
