If you want this recipe why not PIN IT FOR LATER

A large farmhouse bowl lined with a black and grey plaid napkin and filled with soft and chewy light brown no bake cookies made with peanut butter and coconut.

These no bake cookies are so rich and delicious they tend to disappear right away. These cookies store very well in an seal container for two to three weeks. I often make them at Christmas time and toss them in the freezer without telling anyone.

Freezing No Bake Cookies

To freeze the cookie place them in the fridge until very solid, about an hour. As they are so fudgy I like to wrap them in two bundles using parchment paper. Once wrapped place in a sealed freezer container or ziploc plastic bag. They can be frozen for up to 3 months. They can also be eaten frozen out of the freezer, and have a way of disappearing that way.

I am sure the cookie monsters in your home will love these. Let me know how they turn out for you.

  1. They look sooo yummy! I can picture them dipped in chocolate too. Mmm.

    1. They would be amazing with dark bitter chocolate to cut down on the sweetness. I will try it, thanks for the idea.
