Oatmeal Raisin Cookies with Peanut Butter Recipe
This oatmeal raisin cookie recipe has peanut butter added. It’s a delicious easy-to-make drop cookie recipe, that the whole family will dig into. It’s one of those great recipes that’s easy to make and uses everyday ingredients, so you can whip them up quickly for lunches, company, or a welcome home afternoon snack.
You can mix these oatmeal raisin cookies up for lunches, faster than you can drive to the store to buy something. I don’t even bother using a mixer and just whip them up old-school style with a wooden spoon. You will find these peanut butter oatmeal raisin cookies are a bit moister and softer than my regular oatmeal raisin cookies. If you love chewy cookies you’re going to really enjoy these ones. They aren’t as sweet as my other oatmeal raisin cookie recipe, but sooo good, Did I mention you’re going to love the chewy texture?
This cookie recipe is a bit smaller than most of my other cookie recipes, it makes two dozen large cookies. It’s the perfect size for smaller families and empty nesters. For larger families with teenagers just double the simple ingredients.
After all that, let’s get started.
